This Toyota Vios model is a four door sub compressed vehicle manufactured mainly by Toyota Motor Company. It is developed chiefly for China, South East Asia and Taiwan. Being introduced in the tar 2002, this Vios series serves an alternate to the Tercel which is called as Soluna in Indonesia and Thailand which filled the market for 1.5 liter just below the Camry and Corolla which are marketed along with Vios in South East Asia, Yaris which gave one more option for a hatchback to it. At the time when it officially made entry into the market in 2005, it was given some options to develop in most of the countries. The second generation Vios is identified as Toyota Yaris Sedan in Australia and United states. In fact the name “Vios” is taken from the Latin word which means to step forward.

Its show in the market

Vios of third generation was unveiled in Bangkok international Motor show in March 2013 in Thailand. It is bind nominated under the notion of value beyond belief. Mainly, it aims to sell abroad the new versions of Vios as a global version with world class standards in it. Definitely, this new model will be put on sales shortly in Thailand later and can be sold in Asian regions from the 2nd part of this year. It is announced by the Toyota Motors Philippines that the local variant of this Toyota Vios is going to put on in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

Exteriors and interiors

As per the Toyota Company, this version vehicle is based on luxury sport style and design for interiors and exteriors. In case of exteriors, it is enlarged to 173.6 inches in length and maintaining same width as the best model in the market. Its height has grown to 1,475 mm little bit. In case of interiors, there is more space provided than the current model and its speedometer is not at all placed on the centre zone of the dashboard like the previous models of Toyota Vios.

In case of earlier models, it stands in resemblance to Vitz which is commonly referred as Yaris. The engine placed under the lid is basically similar to 1NZ-FE tank engine which is used from the departing variant.
