Honda Logo: The History

Japanese automobile giant Honda produced a super mini, the Honda Logo. In fact the car was Honda Logo series GA3-GA5 and it was marketed during 1996-2001.

Honda Logo Features

In size Logo was larger in comparison to the Life model of the same company. However it was also not as large as the Civic model. Ultimately, the Honda Logo gave way to Honda Fit on the all new global car markets around.

Marketing Features

Marketing was done giving the Logo different features and names. But the objective was to get a hold on the market all the same.

- It was Honda Clio in Japan.

- Honda HR-V was marketed with Honda Verno.

- The manufacturing company aimed to get back the huge success they experienced with the marketing of their first model, the Honda Civic.

Similarities to Civic

In terms of both dimensions as well as engine sizes besides the engine dimensions of the Logo all matches the first Civic features. Focus of Honda was to establish the practical as well as highly cost effective vehicles.

In essence; the intention of Honda to regain its lost pride and to make the car a market leader all over again was clearly established by the display of “H” of Honda on both sides of the car.
