VW Group confirms new Panamera and Tiguan

Two important innovations were announced by Volkswagen Group in 2016. Porsche has confirmed the launch of the new Panamera and Vokswagen launch in the same year the new generation of the Tiguan.

The Panamera will be built on a new platform called MSB, which will be shared with future models of Bentley luxury sedans and Volkswagen. Like the current model, the car must have engines V6 and V8 petrol and diesel engines, plus a hybrid option.

As for the new Tiguan, the SUV will be made at the factory in Hannover, Germany. The SUV will use the MQB platform, which is already used in many VW models like the new Golf and Beetle, besides all the A3 line, including Sportback and sedan versions.

Still no information on possible engine, but it is known that the car will draw on recent concentuais SUV brand like CrossBlue Concept and T-ROC, shown at Detroit 2013 and at Geneva, 2014, respectively .
