Rolls-Royce confirms plans to produce plug-in hybrid

Rolls-Royce has confirmed plans to build a plug-in hybrid models for the brand.

The company CEO Torsten M?ller-?tv?s said "The plug-in will be essential in two years, not so much by demand from customers, but because of the legal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions."
