Renault Sandero Stepway launches limited edition Tweed

Inspired by the world of fashion, Renault Sandero Stepway features the Tweed limited series, which adopts classical patterns of chess, known as Pied de Poule. The novelty has suggested price of U.S. $ 47,390 with manual transmission and R $ 51,640 with automatic transmission. 1,900 units of this limited series will be produced.

Sold in only two colors of bodywork (white with touches of black or black with white accents), the model has vintage air and bet on the color contrast of the bodywork with details such as the grille, door handles, mirrors, bars roof and wheels. Tweed on white, for example, the alloy wheels are 16-inch glossy black finish. On Black Tweed, the wheels are white in color.

Inside, inspiring harmonies Pied de Poule is also present. The checkerboard pattern was adopted on the sides of the seats and doors, as well as screen-printed on the instrument panel with white background in tachometer and speedometer on black background.

The Tweed limited series brings power steering, air conditioning, ABS brakes, dual airbags, fog lights, power windows on all four doors, and Media NAV, the panel integrated multimedia device with GPS, radio sound system with 3D Sound System By Arkamys, Bluetooth and USB and auxiliary inputs.

In terms of powertrain, the model has two options: Automatic transmission with five gears in conjunction with the engine 1.6 8V Hi-Power, which yields 106 hp. The model will also have automatic version with four-speed rates. In this case, the engine is the 1.6 16V Hi-Flex, which develops 112 hp.
