Renault and Nissan narrow ties
About to turn 15 years of partnership, Renault and Nissan announce an alliance even closer.
Just as the Fiat-Chrysler conglomerate is headed by a single executive. The same happens with the Renault-Nissan alliance, which is chaired by Brazilian Carlos Ghosh.
The new union will come into force on April 1, will have four areas aimed at: Management Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics, Purchasing and Human Resources.
New executive vice presidents were presented. The company's goal is to achieve the minimum target of € 4.3 billion profit by 2016.
The connection between the companies was born on March 27, 1999, since then the group has partners like Damiler, Mitsubishi, AvtoVAZ, Ashok Leyland and Dongfeng.
