Nissan tests new form of service at dealerships
Nissan will test a new way to resell in their showrooms. She is to finish with their vendors sitting behind desks or stand on the back of branches and have more contact with their customers.
The concept is simple, the dealer would use only mobile devices to assist customers and close sales. Staff are trained to take immediate responsibility of every visitor to find. For example, if a homeowner looking for the cause of a problem in your Nissan, the salesperson will accompany you to the service department and submit.
A dealer in London already tests for nine months and reports customer satisfaction. Nissan has plans to do the experiment in Moscow and Stuttugart then pass through Japan, United States and Middle East.
Koen Maes, Vice President of Customer Experience and Retail Nissan Europe, said "The idea of taking a client to a room to finalize the deal is threatened We want to get away from that," he told Automotive News.
