Nissan Frontier wins Platinum Series

Nissan has launched an exclusive new series of Frontier domestically. The Frontier Platinum Limited will have a thousand production units, all being equipped with diesel engine, automatic transmission and four-wheel drive.

Positioned between the SV and SL Attack (hitherto the only with automatic transmission) versions, the special edition is distinguished by some details. On the outside, the truck carries finish with chrome accents on the grille, and the rear fog lights, headlights and taillights with black mask and all-terrain tires with alloy wheels rim 16.

The list of standard equipment includes dual airbags, stability control (VDC) and Traction (TCS), digital air conditioning bizona, reverse camera, unlock the doors and engine start button, power steering, steering column height adjustment, power locks, ABS brakes with electronic brake distribution (EBD), front seatbelts with pre-tensioners, autopilot and multifunction steering wheel with audio controls.

The Frontier Platinum is equipped with an engine 2.5 16 valve turbodiesel that delivers 190 hp at 3,600 rpm and maximum torque of 45.8 lb-ft at 2,000 rpm. The suggested retail price of Frontier Platinum is 120 890 dollars.
