New Corolla will cost R $ 66,570

The new Toyota Corolla is offered in four versions in the Brazilian market: 1.8 GLi with manual or automatic transmissions and XEi Altis. These last two options will be sold only with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), simulating seven gears in Drive mode with the possibility of sequential exchanges by butterflies.

The new car has grown in every way. Are 4.62 meters long, 1.77 meters wide and 1.47 meters high. With this, the sedan was eight centimeters longer eight inches wider and five centimeters lower against its predecessor. The wheelbase is 2.70 meters, representing an increase of 10 centimeters. The space for the knees and feet of the rear passengers also improved.

No changes were made in the 1.8 and 2.0 engines, both flexible, the previous model. The equipment list brings hitherto unpublished items, such as air-conditioning digital bizona, but also drew others like xenon headlights, replaced by a set with daytime LED lights in Altis version. All versions have standard five airbags, two front, two side and front to protect the driver's knees.
