GM is accused of causing more than 300 deaths to delay recall
A failure in the ignition of General Motors cars sold in Canada and the United States, and that affects 1.7 million units, may have caused 303 fatalities in the cylinder, according to a survey by Friedman Research Corporation, which provides services for American insurers. The recall, announced on February 13, 2014, affects vehicles: Chevrolet Cobalt, Pontiac G5 and Pursuit, manufactured between 2005 and 2007 sold in Canada; Saturn Ion 2003 until 2007, Pontiac Solstice and Chevrolet HHR 2006 and 2007 and Saturn Sky 2007 sold in the United States.
