BMW-MINI will have 15 models with front wheel drive

Vehicles with front wheel drive is the new challenge from BMW for the global market. Speaking to Autocar website, Herbert Diess, Chief Development Company, confirmed that, adding BMW and MINI, will be 15 models with such a system.

The first will be 2 Series Active Tourer, a model that already had a concept version (pictured). The production version is already being tested and should be shown to the public at the Geneva Motor Show.

Diess also revealed that in the coming years, the full range of both brands will total 45 models (the other 30 will have rear-wheel drive).
