Alfieri Maserati reveals concept
Well as promised last week, Maserati took the first day of press coverage of the Geneva Motor Show to unveil a new concept car, created to celebrate its centenary. This is the Alfieri concept, which is based on the current GranTurismo MC Stradale, but with significant modifications.
One is to use a platform with space between axes reduced by 24 centimeters, totaling 2.70 meters. Thus, there are 4.59 m long, 1.28 m high and 1.93 m wide. The light-alloy wheels are 20-inch front and 21 inches in the rear.
The seat configuration of Alfieri concept is the "2 + 2" and they are coated in Aniline Leather, the same material finish and side panels, adding some aluminum details (steering wheel, gearshift butterflies, clock and bracket) .
The conceptual, possible preview of a new entry model of the Maserati, it is powered by a 4.7 naturally aspirated V8, which delivers 460 horsepower and 53 lb.-ft. of torque. The exchange rate is six gears.
